General Return Policy:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated in specific product descriptions or under special circumstances as outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos or videos of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the incorrect item, along with your order number. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and for the incorrect item to be returned.

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return, unless otherwise stated in writing by The Card Crypt. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds (If Applicable):
Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after the returned item has been received by The Card Crypt and verified to be in its original condition. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any original shipping costs.
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and The Card Crypt has approved the return and agreed to pay for return shipping.
